Biography
Darwin's short, candid self-memoir, written for his children and never meant for publication, describes how he trained himself to think — slowly, skeptically, and with extreme patience for counterevidence. Graham listed it as a favorite autobiography; Darwin's account of how he arrived at natural selection is one of the best case studies in how to have an important idea.
